1 When booking, a £50 deposit is required from you for each week. This will secure your booking. Please include this with your booking form. This should be sent to us within ten days. This deposit is non-refundable
2 Please make Cheques and postal orders payable to Mr W Thompson, and send to the address on the booking form. Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for any loss
3 Once we receive your payment a receipt for this will be sent to you. This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance that has to be paid no later than eight weeks before your holiday. A due date for this payment will be shown on your receipt, no further reminder will be sent. Should your final payment not reach us by the due date and we are unable to contact you, we will reserve the right to re-let the caravan and cancel your booking! In addition to the cost of your holiday, you will be requested to pay an additional £50 damage bond. This however will be refunded to you by post, once the Caravan has been checked for damage following your Holiday, (provided no damage has been found).
4 Please complete the booking form correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by you.
5 Should you book eight weeks or less before the start date to your holiday, the full amount payable will be due immediately.
6 I regret that I am unable to accept bookings from:
a) Groups under the ages of 21yrs, of the same sex.
b) Any persons under the ages of 18yrs.
c) Parties whose numbers exceed the number of berths contained in the caravan.

7 “Butlins” is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park will be asked to leave.
8 In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure; also no keys will be released before 4.00pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with me.
9 The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
10 Pets are not allowed to stay in the caravan. Anyone found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund.
11 Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the caravan.
12 Should the accommodation you have booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must advise me immediately by telephone, and then confirm in writing, including a Doctors note. Reimbursements will be made according to the following guidelines below.

A I will return your monies (less deposit) if written notification is received before 14 days of your holiday commencing.
B I will return 50% of your monies (less deposit) if written notification is received within 14 days prior to your holiday commencing.
C If no written notification is received from you, and you do not arrive for your holiday, no monies will be returned to you at all. In the case of any dispute my decision is final.
